The in store experience is very good they are fast and make the order fresh I got cookie and cheesy bread asked for extra garlic and cheese they made sure to do it the staff is very professional and welcoming definitely will be back .

I called because of a problem with my order. The person who answered was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Apparently, I was bothering them.

A very bad experience today. We placed an order for €39.39, paying on delivery. We paid €40, but the driver only gave us €0.50 of the €0.61 we owed. We told the driver that we were missing €0.11, and he replied that he didn't have enough change and wasn't obligated to give us the remainder. Unacceptable and illegal. If Domino's does this to every customer, I can't even imagine. As a result, we refused the delivery.

Order placed on the website on February 26, 2026, for delivery. Result: order not delivered. I called around 2 PM to ask for information: no answer. At 6 PM, when I finally got through to someone, I was accused of being “my fault” because I hadn't answered. Except my number is a foreign one, and the form doesn't even allow you to enter the +32 country code. And what's more: I've ordered several times before with the same account without any problems—this is the only time it “failed.” The worst part: instead of offering a solution, they spoke to me aggressively, shouting, then completely refused to reorder and refused a refund. They then hung up on me, and when I called back: they hung up again. Frankly, this is unacceptable: zero professionalism, zero respect, and they make the customer pay for an order they never received. Avoid this if you don't want to waste your time and money.

The service was excellent, and the person who took our order was very accommodating to our request. It was great!

As a long-time customer, I've always ordered pizzas exclusively from Domino's. However, I've noticed on several occasions that the pizzas are noticeably smaller, in addition to the price increase on special offers days. Furthermore, I always choose the classic crust, and there's no real difference between it and the thin crust. On the plus side, the staff are friendly and efficient. I hope they return to the quality and quantity of the pizzas they used to offer; otherwise, we'll have to switch to another chain.

I ordered this Saturday, February 7, 2026, via Uber Eats. Since they use their own drivers, there's no order tracking on the app. After almost an hour of waiting, the order was marked as delivered, but I never received it! It was the first and last time I'll order from them! I especially hope I won't be charged for an order I never even saw!

Honestly, this Domino's (rue de Cernay) really needs to replace its staff. Incompetence is part of both the service and the kitchen; they forgot the sauce even though I paid for it, and the pizza wasn't even finished cooking! 😂 Hilarious!

Order placed on January 21, 2026 at 9:50 PM: Continuous screaming and shouting throughout the entire call. I didn't think I was calling a zoo. Very unpleasant, unprofessional, and no apology was offered. This strongly discourages me from ordering again. However, the person I spoke to did their best to understand the order, and the delivery driver was friendly.

Thank you to Theo for his service, his smile, and his advice. He's a dedicated, hardworking, and passionate individual. Despite his young age, he adapts to the customer's tastes and has undeniable experience. See you soon at my new pizza place!

Yesterday, I went to get two large pizzas. They used to be €7.99, but now they're €8.99, and on top of that, they've added €2 for the large size. I'm really disappointed because I used to go to Domino's just for their pizzas. But from now on, we won't be going there anymore. To top it all off, the pizzas were overcooked and therefore too dry. I'm really disappointed.
