Frankly, it's very disappointing; the food isn't the same anymore and the delivery is too slow.

Extremely disappointed. After a 2.5-hour wait for delivery, the owner, who delivers, tells us it's not profitable for him outside of Reims, so he states that he doesn't deliver outside of Reims. What a joke! A €7 discount on an order over €77 for a 2.5-hour delay? I do not recommend them.

Not real kebab meat, disappointed with the size; for a maxi kebab, it's the same size as a regular one.

Run before it's too late, I leave work at 10 PM. I call them right away to let them know I'd like to get takeout. They ask me how soon, and I say 20 minutes maximum, I'll be there. They say no problem. So I arrive 20 minutes later, and I stay in the car for another five minutes just in case. I arrive, and for at least 15 minutes, nobody comes to see me. They glance at me from a distance, but as soon as their eyes meet mine, they look down. Then the wait is long; the phone keeps ringing, but nobody answers. Finally, after 20 minutes, someone comes to see me to tell me they'll be there in five minutes. Then I wait another 15 minutes or so, which is why I go back to my car and leave it to my partner. This isn't the first time this has happened. I want to emphasize that there was absolutely no one there. The excuse is, "Sorry, it's nighttime, so it takes longer." In that case, don't call you anymore. Eat Night, but Eat Day if it's too difficult. This is definitely the last time we'll come, given that it's far, far too long every time we've come for over a year now. Perhaps they should review the organization and the service; it's not what it used to be. Anyway, good luck.
