Fast service and very friendly staff

Excellent slow food, not to be confused with fast food where the service is very quick. Perfect if you have 35 minutes to spare to be served on a Sunday afternoon. A long time ago, the concept of fast food was to serve people in a maximum of 5 minutes. Today, if you're served in 15 minutes, it's considered a miracle. You might as well go to a restaurant. Have a good day.

Unacceptable! We were at McDonald's eating there before closing time, around 10:30 PM. They rushed us, and on top of that, they were out of things and even more aggressive when we asked. They claim to be the best McDonald's in Reims? Not at all! A disgrace! Change your employees; make them a little friendlier and more smiling. If they're not cut out for being close to customers, then change careers. Finally, the restrooms leave much to be desired; they're dirty and dilapidated.

The children's play area was very nice, but really very dirty, which is a shame. The tables were dirty, especially the ones for children. A good cleaning would make this place much more pleasant.

When I order a Sprite for delivery, I'd rather not get a Coke! Wake up, guys, and stay focused! This McDonald's management really needs to be reviewed, judging by all the comments!

Excellent welcome and efficient service. The order was prepared quickly, everything was hot and exactly as I expected. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is well-maintained. A very good experience, I highly recommend it!

First, when you ask for sauces, you feel like you're bothering them; the staff isn't great to begin with. Second, when you put an ice cream in a bag, you don't put it headfirst into the cup holder, because when I try to grab my ice cream, the whole thing falls over. This McDonald's is truly awful; I really don't recommend it.
