Milano Pizza

Ordered on August 19th for €65 via their website, never delivered… Email sent, dozens of calls made… No response…

Ordered 3 pizzas on the 22nd, paid for them and got nothing. An hour later, everything was closed. Do you intend to refund or should I file a complaint?

AVOID! I placed an order a few weeks ago: between their mistakes and missing items, I received nothing I ordered (3 items). Despite this, I wanted to give them a second chance: never delivered, I immediately get a full inbox. Even though I did receive a confirmation email with a delivery time, they were clearly not open 😡

Very bad experience. Order placed… never delivered. Use of loyalty vouchers refused without explanation. Repeated calls (more than 15 times): no answer. I do not recommend them. Lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

Ordered two pizzas via Uber Eats, and I've never eaten such disgusting pizza!! When a recipe lists ham and bacon, you should specify whether it's turkey ham or not, and above all, use quality ingredients!!! We only ate one slice of each pizza; it was impossible to eat any more!!! Furthermore, I ordered drinks, received smaller sizes than I ordered, but was charged for the larger ones!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

No respect for schedules! 45-minute delivery delay on a Thursday evening at 8:30 PM. Seriously…

Fantastic experience at MilanoPizza in Reims! The crust is thin and perfectly crispy, the ingredients are fresh and generously portioned, just as I expected. I especially enjoyed the flavorful tomato sauce and the variety of pizzas on the menu. The service is quick, whether for takeout or delivery. The owner is truly wonderful, very welcoming and friendly; you can tell he loves his work, and it's a pleasure to experience! Good value for money (around €10-13 per pizza), with well-thought-out menu options. I highly recommend this little slice of Italy in the heart of Reims!

A customer for years. It's become junk food. Unreliable deliveries. ...no respect for long-time customers. ...change of ownership???????????? Delivery driver fired for disrespect. ...yet a good customer for years. An address to avoid in Reims. ...catastrophic..... overpriced junk food. ...avoid it. Addresses to flee from. .... And stop asking your friends for good reviews. ...it's becoming ridiculous. But relieved to have been refunded for a previous delivery where there was mold on my Daim bar tart... pathetic. ...

Excellent service with superior quality and hygiene. I've been ordering here since 2017 and am always satisfied. A good, varied menu, generously portioned meals, and fast delivery. I highly recommend it.
