Good value for money

The pizza was good and the staff were friendly. However, I ordered a calzone without ham and hadn't noticed they add merguez sausage to their calzones. Since I can't eat meat, I ordered a second calzone without ham OR merguez. I asked how much it would cost, and they said it was fine. But they didn't even offer to give it away or make any kind of gesture. Pretty pathetic. It's a shame, it ruined the friendliness of the pizza maker and the service. Almost 30 euros for a calzone, but oh well, there are plenty of pizzerias out there, we'll go somewhere else.

I've been ordering from Mama for 20 years now (my first experience was in February 2006), and almost every month since I moved to Reims. It's my go-to delivery pizzeria, which definitely gives the impression of being more traditional and less "industrial" than the ones whose flyers flood our mailboxes. While it's not possible to pay the delivery driver by card, and the delivery is quite long (never less than half an hour, and often closer to an hour), the quality of the pizzas is absolutely impeccable, and you definitely get your money's worth. The staff has always been extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding in the unlikely event of a mistake, offering compensation when necessary. I really hope to continue ordering from them for at least another 20 years. Long live Mama!

This was our first order, and sadly, it will be our last. The pizzas were under-topped and the cheese was rubbery. The quality/price ratio was poor. 50 euros for pizzas is a bit pricey for what we ate. It was disappointing. Furthermore, once they cooled down, they weren't good at all. A shame.

I ordered a pizza to take away and it was very good. I recommend it.

Disappointing experience. I ordered two pizzas and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, even though I was told on the phone that the delivery would be in 45 minutes. Furthermore, the pizzas arrived cold and no compensation was offered.

The giant pizza delivered was absolutely delicious. It was generously topped and bursting with flavor. The delivery driver was very punctual, friendly, and attentive. The same goes for the customer service when placing the order over the phone. I highly recommend this pizzeria. You can dine in or order delivery without hesitation.

A customer since 2018, never disappointed. Best pizzas in Reims. I discovered La Mama when my son was a regular; he always brought them home. I don't usually eat pizza, but these are so much more than just pizzas 🍕, they're delicious, generous, and made with real, fresh, and flavorful ingredients. I've been ordering them regularly since 2018, and even my son, who now lives in Fismes, still orders them. And the giant one is truly GIANT! We could eat two days' worth of it between the two of us, and every bite is a delight. Thank you so much for this taste of the South 🇮🇹. And if there's a slightly toasty bubble in the dough, it means it's a truly ARTISAN pizza. Mrs. Lasserre/Luce. We tried the Burrata pizza, with sun-dried tomatoes and gourmet balsamic vinegar 🫶🏻, a delight, it's definitely my favorite. Thank you for this culinary pleasure.
