It had been perhaps three years since we'd last been to this restaurant after a bad culinary experience... We decided to give it another try, somewhat apprehensively, after a movie. We noticed many changes since our last visit: the restaurant was clean, the service very pleasant (from Camille), and the meal satisfying. We'll definitely be back. Thank you! 👍

Hello, we are always happy to come to your establishment, but we mentioned that my husband found an insect in his Caesar salad but we received no response.

On our way back from vacation, we decided to stop for a meal at Del Arte after receiving an email with a "birthday offer." I asked the waitress (Camille, if I remember correctly) how to redeem the offer. She checked with a manager who gave me a leaflet that said the same thing as on the website: "birthday gift." So I wanted to know what the gift was so I could order it, and he told me I had to open the leaflet... The waitress, who was the only genuinely nice person, then asked her other manager, who confirmed that the gift was a dessert from the menu, except for the "to share" items. When it came time to pay, the offer still wasn't working. Another manager came over and informed us that since we didn't have any money in our loyalty account, they couldn't give us the €7 chocolate fondant. Which makes sense, given his mocking tone and the way he rolled his eyes, I suppose? Well, for your information, gentlemen managers, I'm leaving you the email address, and you can find the terms and conditions on the Del Arte website, which you can consult with the note *upon your membership*, which is quite interesting. You've saved €7; I'd save even more by not going back to any Del Arte store.
